Q. How quickly will you post my order? 

A. We aim to have your order in the mail within two next business days. We use Australia post. 

 

Q. Can I pick my order up in Katherine? 

A. Yes! Choose free pick up/delivery at the check out, and we will send you a text message to arrange pick up in Katherine.

 

Q. Do you do free delivery? 

A. Yes! We deliver within the Katherine township. Please note that we do not offer free delivery to Tindal, and you will have to organise to collect the items when you're in Katherine. We also now offer free delivery in Darwin once per month. Check out our socials to find our next delivery date.

 

Q. How do I place a custom order for an item?

A. Contact Us through our website and we will organise a gift that suits your budget and wishes.

 

Q. Where can we find your stall/pop up shop? 

A. Keep an eye on our facebook page for updates on where we will be each week. During dry season when the markets are running, you can find us at the Katherine Community markets. 

 

Q. What is a pre-order, and when will I receive my product?

A. If you order a product that says 'pre-order', it means that the product is currently being manufactured or is stuck in the snail mail. There will be an estimated date that the stock will be available, and as soon as we receive the stock we will post out your order.
